| As of January 1, 2006, Hampstead has been reborn and with it a revitalized vision and Community Services Department. Together with our citizens, neighbors and community partners, it is aim of the Community Services Department to develop a network of programs, activities, services, special events and facilities that will successfully meet the needs of our citizens, be accessible to all and foster a strong and vibrant community spirit.
