Stargazing Evenings

The Town of Hampstead is pleased to invite all residents to a series of exciting Stargazing Evenings this fall. The first night will take place on Saturday, September 24 beginning just after sundown (approximately 7:30pm) at Hampstead Park. The second evening will be held on Saturday, October 22.

Led by a group of passionate astrologers with professional telescopes, viewers can discover the wonders of the universe from Hampstead Park. Learn about special stars and view planets that can only be seen through special equipment. We encourage everyone to come out and explore the wonders of our universe. Our specialized team will be on site as of 6:30 pm, and welcome all to learn about the equipment before the actual stargazing begins.
