Flag Football


Flag Football Activities

Please note that a minimum of 12 participants is required prior to the start of a program in order for a program to operate. Registration is based on the child’s school grade level in Fall 2011.

Non-contact football following the same rules as the National Football League. Running shoes and weather-appropriate athletic wear required.



Instructional Programs

Ideal for young beginners, these levels feature a combination of skill development drills and game play.

Instruction will be followed by games each week.

Ages Grades 1 & 2
Date April 23 - June 11 (including Victoria Day)
Schedule Monday, 5:30-6:30pm
Place Applewood Park
Cost R = $80 / NR = $100


League Play

Players will be evaluated during the first week and divided into teams. The last week will feature a championship day.

Ages Grades 3-8
Date April 25 - June 13 (including Victoria Day)
Schedule GRADES 3 & 4: Wednesday, 5:30 – 6:30 pm
GRADES 5 & 6: Wednesday, 6:30 – 7:30 pm
GRADES 7 & 8: Monday, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Place Hampstead Park
