Please note that proof of Hampstead residency is required for all hockey levels.*
Can Power Hockey (with the Montreal West C.R.A.)
Born in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 Using the Power Hockey Program, all participants develop balance, edge control, power and endurance within the hockey framework. Players will advance through four skill levels. As participants progress, more hockey skills are introduced. Players are evaluated on an on-going basis by the coach. Once a set of required skills is mastered, the skater imme diately advances to the next level. As they progress from one level to another, skaters may be required to change time slots.
Equipment (not provided): Skates, CSA approved helmet with face mask and neck protector, shin pads, elbow pads, hockey gloves, mouth guard and a hockey stick. Full equipment is required for Can Power level 3 and 4 participants.
Season and Schedule
Evaluation of new participants born in 2003
and 2004 will take place on Monday, October
3 between 4:30pm and 6:00pm by appointment.
Past participants do not require evaluations.
Regular classes begin Wednesday,
October 12 with the season ending in March
2012.
* Register before September 9 to guarantee a spot in the program.

Minor Hockey
REGISTRATION PERIOD
Continues until September 9.
“CC” Tryouts begin September 6. Children must be registered prior to attending these tryouts.
Single Letter Program: This competitive program will see teams travel to local West End arenas. Teams will be made up of Hampstead and Montreal West residents. The season runs from late September until mid March. Children will be placed at the appropriate level by program evaluators.
Minor Hockey CC: This is a competitive hockey program from Atom to Midget. These teams travel regularly to cities in the West End of the island and Montreal. Teams will be made up of Hampstead, Montreal West and Côte Saint- Luc residents. Tryouts begin on September 6, 2011. There will be a tryout fee.
Mouth Guards are mandatory for Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Midget and Junior Levels. No exceptions.

Ice Hockey Conditioning & Stretching
An Intense 3-week training course for ice hockey players to prepare their bodies for the upcoming hockey season.
