The Urban Planning and Building Inspections Department provides information, plans approval and inspection services for our community.
The primary objectives are:
- To ensure that property owners and tenants can enjoy safe, healthy and sound buildings.
- To maintain the integrity of our existing community by ensuring that Zoning, Construction, Subdivision and Permit By-laws are respected.
