Spring Fun & BeeGreen Festival: Sunday, May 7

The Spring Fun & BeeGreen Festival will be held Sunday, May 7, from 1 – 4 pm, in Hampstead Park. This special community event is dedicated to having fun in the park, the environment, and green living. This year’s Festival includes activities such as inflatables, calèche rides, face painting, arts & crafts, flower planting, music, and recycling information. Activity bracelets: $5. Rain date: Sunday, May 14.

Antique Car Show:
Over 25 antique cars from the Antique Car Club of Quebec will be displayed on Hampstead Road from 10 am – 4 pm.

Siach HaSadeh Concert in the Park:
The Jewish chamber sextet, Siach HaSadeh, will perform "Through Fire and Water," starting at 11:30 am. The program touches the depth, history and context of the chassidic "niggun," the songs that were passed by tradition over generations, crossing borders and oceans, accompanying tragedies and joys, through explorations and interpretations of the musical and spiritual themes.
