Bootcamp with Beth 

Join Beth Tannenbaum every Monday and Wednesday for a FULL body workout. We will mix it up with intense cardio, top to bottom muscle conditioning and serious core work. All levels welcome. It's the best way to start your day!

Pilates

With Karen Kunigis. This is an excellent exercise class to increase both muscular strength and flexibility of the core muscles which include abdominals, back, neck, buttocks, and shoulders. It incorporates very controlled movements with proper breathing. This results are a stronger and more flexible core. It is geared to all levels, beginner to advanced. People who follow this will often have less symptoms of back and neck problems, improved posture, and feel ultimately better. Given by a licensed physiotherapist and fitness instructor who has been teaching for over 25 years.

Gentle Yoga *NEW*

For our 55+ crowd or those with limited mobility.  Gently stretch your body, and breathe your stress away while having fun.  This class will focus on fluid movements to increase range of motion and increase joint and muscle flexibility. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Hatha Yoga *NEW*

Hatha Yoga is a non-heated class suitable for all levels focusing on physical health and mental well-being. The class will strengthen, tone, stretch and relax your entire body through postures, breath, and relaxation techniques. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Learn to Swim 55+ * NEW*

This program is designed specifically for adults 55+. You will learn to swim for fun and fitness through a flexible program. The instructor works toward meeting individual needs and interests, from those who are just learning to those who want stroke development.
