As of January 1, Éco Entreprises Québec is responsible for recycling collection, as well as bin repairs and replacements. When you submit a request through the citizen portal, we forward it to their team. We understand these services are important to you, but since they manage them directly, we can’t predict their processing times. Thank you for your understanding!
