Installation of new conduits by drilling on Cressy

DATE: August 21^st, 2023, to September 1^st, 2023.

LOCATION: rue Cressy, between Heath and Glenmore 

IMPACTS: No parking and road closure

Residents directly impacted will receive a mailed letter.

Bell, in collaboration with Transelec Common.Inc, will be conducting necessary infrastructure improvements in Hampstead starting August 21^st, 2023, until September 1^st, 2023. As part of these improvements, they will be installing new conduits through horizontal drilling.

The drilling and excavation activities will take place in the area between 34 and 32 Cressy. During the installation process, impacted residents will have continuous access to their driveway.

Periodic road closures on rue Cressy will be essential to facilitate ongoing roadwork between rue Heath and rue Glenmore. We ask residents near the construction site to kindly adhere to the no parking signs and roadblocks that will be strategically positioned as required. In the event of no parking signs, a parking tolerance will be in effect for the streets around rue Cressy. Should a resident receive a parking citation near the construction area in error, they are asked to contact Town Hall at (514) 369-8200, and we will resolve the matter by nullifying it on their behalf.
