A non-heated yoga class suitable for all levels focusing on physical health and mental well-being. The class will strengthen, tone, stretch and relax your entire body through postures, breath and relaxation techniques. Please bring your own yoga mat.

20/20/20
Three workouts in one, this fitness class combines 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, followed by 20 minutes of core/balance work with stretching. All levels, will modify.

Pilates
A form of strength training, focusing on improving and building muscle tone in the abs, pelvis, lower back and glutes. These exercise will also improve stability, balance, flexibility, posture and endurance. All levels, will modify.
Mondays OR Wednesdays – 8:00 – 9:00 am

Core Conditioning
A core-training workout to strengthen the muscles of your midsection (abs, hips, glutes, and lower back). Exercises are designed to improve posture, stability and balance, which will improve everyday movements! All levels, will modify.
