Hampstead could receive between 15 cm and 25 cm by Thursday evening. The cold weather arriving afterwards will have the effect of drying out the snow, which will become very volatile. As a result, the snow will accumulate quickly. Blowing snow is also expected and could affect visibility. This could increase the risk of driving on a slippery road.
