value of the property found on the current evaluation roll multiplied by a comparative factor designed to reflect the up-to date market and\/or replacement value. 1.0%<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 1.6rem; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">On the next $315,001 of the property value (up to $552,300) = 1.5%<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 1.6rem; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">On the property value exceeding $552,300 = 3.0%.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 1.6rem; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Property transfer duties are payable in a single instalment due 30 days after the invoice date.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 1.6rem; font-family: georgia, palatino,
