to receive and review complaints relating to the awarding of contracts issued through a call for tenders process or a notice of intent (sole-source contract) where it is alleged that the process does not comply with the applicable legal framework.<\/p><p><strong>Complaint Submission Procedure and Timeline<br \/><\/strong>Complaints must be submitted using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amp.quebec\/plainte-organisme-public\">form provided by the Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s publics<\/a>\u00a0(AMP) and must be received no later than the deadline indicated in the
