The Town of Hampstead wishes to provide residents with an update regarding the progress of the roadway rehabilitation work currently underway on Ellerdale.<\/p>\n
During the first week of work, the sidewalk reconstruction phase advanced efficiently and was completed ahead of the original schedule. As a result of this positive progress, the contractor was able to begin this week the replacement of the old cast-iron services with new infrastructure components.<\/p>\n
Important Reminder \u2013 Local Traffic Only<\/strong><\/p>\n Ellerdale remains closed to through traffic for the duration of the project, with access permitted for local traffic only.
