Tout manquement du propri\u00e9taire aux exigences fix\u00e9s par la loi peut vous donner un recours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1.6rem; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Sachez cependant qu&rsquo;en tant que locataire, vous avez le devoir d&rsquo;entretenir le logement et d&rsquo;en faire usage de fa\u00e7on responsable. Si vous mettez la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et salubrit\u00e9 du logement en p\u00e9ril, le propri\u00e9taire peut porter plainte au Tribunal administratif du
