On September 14, 2023, the SPVM arrested Mark Anthony Fattibene for grandparent fraud following a report from a vigilant victim in Côte-St-Luc.

Station 9 is commended for their dedication to apprehending the suspect and emphasizing community involvement in the protection of elderly residents in neighborhoods such as NDG, Côte-St-Luc, Hampstead, and Montreal-West.
