The multipurpose room at the community centre is available for rent for various events, including parties, meetings, or community activities. Below is the essential information needed to book the room:
Information Required for Booking
- Full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Approximate number of children or adults attending
- Duration of the reservation (how many hours) and start time
- Planned activities (bouncy castle, painting, etc.)
Alcohol Regulations
Alcohol Service: A permit is required to serve alcohol inside the room. It is strictly prohibited to serve alcohol outdoors. Please allow 10 business days to obtain the permit. You can visit the Régie des alcools website for more information.
Room Access
The room will be available 30 minutes before your reservation time for setup, and you will have an additional 30 minutes after the event for teardown.
Rental Rates (taxes not included)
The rates vary based on the number of attendees and whether you are a Hampstead resident.
Groups of 75 people or fewer
- Hampstead Residents: $50.00 for 30 minutes / $100.00 for one hour / $200.00 for two hours
- Non-Residents: $77.75 for 30 minutes / $155.50 for one hour / $311.00 for two hours
Groups of 76 people or more
- Hampstead Residents: $68.75 for 30 minutes / $137.50 for one hour / $275.00 for two hours
- Non-Residents: $95.00 for 30 minutes / $190.00 for one hour / $380.00 for two hours
