LagFest is back in Hampstead!

The Town of Hampstead, in partnership with MTC Synagogue, is delighted to invite you to LagFest, taking place on Tuesday, May 5, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Emergency siren test – May 6

6 May to 9:00 am

As part of Emergency Preparedness Week, a siren test will take place on May 6. The test helps ensure the proper operation of the alert system used to warn the population in the event of a major industrial incident in nearby areas.
Although there are no such facilities in Hampstead, some residents may hear the siren due to our proximity to neighbouring sectors.
No action is required during the test.

Compost Distribution

The Town of Hampstead will offer a free compost distribution for residents on May 16 and 17, located at the corner of Thurlow and Hampstead.

This will be a self-serve distribution. Residents are asked to bring their own containers and tools (e.g., bucket and shovel).

Please note that this service is reserved exclusively for Hampstead residents.
