Facility rentals

The municipality offers the option to rent outdoor spaces for open-air events in Hampstead Park. Below are the rules and rates to be aware of when planning your event.

General Conditions

• Barbecues: BBQs are strictly prohibited in outdoor spaces.
• Authorized Parks: Outdoor events are only permitted in Hampstead Park. No other park in the municipality allows the organization of parties or events.
• Alcohol is prohibited in the park

Outdoor Space Access
You may arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time to set up your equipment and prepare the event. After your activity, you will have an additional 30 minutes to dismantle and clean up.

Rental Rates (taxes not included)
The rates vary based on the number of participants and your place of residence. The amounts listed are for a duration of 1 hour or 2 hours, depending on the request.

Outdoor rental for fewer than 100 people

• Resident (1 hour): $62.50
• Non-resident (1 hour): $100.00
• Resident (2 hours): $125.00
• Non-resident (2 hours): $200.00

101-250 people

• Resident (1 hour): $112.50
• Non-resident (1 hour): $150.00
• Resident (2 hours): $225.00
• Non-resident (2 hours): $300.00

251-500 people

• Resident (1 hour): $175.00
• Non-resident (1 hour): $235.00
• Resident (2 hours): $350.00
• Non-resident (2 hours): $470.00

More than 500 people

• Resident (1 hour): $300.00
• Non-resident (1 hour): $362.50
• Resident (2 hours): $600.00
• Non-resident (2 hours): $725.00

Additional Fees

• Additional workers (blue-collar workers): $68.00

Instructor and Sports Field Rentals

• Resident Instructor (1 hour): $25.00
• Non-resident Instructor (1 hour): $40.00
• Resident Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball Field (2 hours): $85.00
• Non-resident Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball Field (2 hours): $135.00
• Resident Soccer/Half Field (2 hours): $85.00
• Non-resident Football/Half Field (2 hours): $135.00
