To ensure structured, equitable and traceable handling of service requests, all issues must be submitted through the request system available in the my.Hampstead citizen portal.
This process allows for timely follow-up by the appropriate department, clear tracking of requests, and responses that are aligned with operational priorities.
Town Hall is home to all administrative services, including public works.

Écocentres are the proper place to dispose of products that are harmful to health or the environment. They also accept construction debris, metal, used electronic devices, clothes and other objects that can be recycled or repurposed.
