Temporary Installation of Banners and Signs

General conditions

Temporary signage must comply with criteria relating to size, location, duration, and safety.

Installations must not:

• Compromise Road visibility or traffic safety
• Obstruct municipal signage
• Be attached to public infrastructure or trees without authorization
• Encroach upon or damage the public domain

Duration and removal

Temporary banners and signs must be removed at the end of the authorized period or immediately following the event or activity being promoted.

Application procedure

When required, an application must be submitted to the Urban Planning Department or designated service. The application must specify:

• The proposed location
• The dimensions of the signage
• The duration of installation
• The nature of the event or activity

Applications are reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable municipal regulations.
