The Town endeavours to encourage the participation of the widest possible pool of qualified firms capable of meeting its needs, while promoting, where feasible, fair rotation among potential contracting partners.
In accordance with the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOM), the Town has established a procedure to receive and review complaints relating to the awarding of contracts issued through a call for tenders process or a notice of intent (sole-source contract) where it is alleged that the process does not comply with the applicable legal framework.
Complaint Submission Procedure and Timeline
Complaints must be submitted using the form provided by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) and must be received no later than the deadline indicated in the SEAO.
