The Town of Hampstead wishes to inform residents that the intersection of Avenue Fleet and Chemin Queen-Mary will remain closed to traffic throughout the weekend. Motorists are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly and follow all posted signage and detour instructions.
The Commission des services électriques de Montréal has informed us that Phase 2 of the Avenue Van Horne closure will begin tomorrow, February 3.
🔹 What’s changing? The eastbound lane of Van Horne (between Macdonald and Coolbrook) will be completely closed.
🔹 Duration: Approximately 45 days.
🔹 Work Hours: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Expect significant traffic impacts. Pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists are urged to plan ahead and take an alternate route.
