Scheduled and ongoing infrastructure projects

This page provides an overview of municipal infrastructure work that is scheduled or currently underway within the Town of Hampstead. Hydro-Québec

When a power interruption is required, it does not necessarily coincide with the work schedule indicated below. In such cases, any service interruption will be communicated directly by Hydro-Québec. Please also note that Hydro-Québec does not notify municipalities for work of less than five hours’ duration.
Ellerdale Rehabilition Project

Water Valve Replacement – Rue Ellerdale

The Town of Hampstead wishes to inform residents that a water valve replacement will take place as part of preparations for an upcoming road rehabilitation project. Notices have been distributed to directly affected residents.

Date: May 6, 2026
Time: Starting at 12:00 p.m.
On-site team: Public Works
Parking: No parking permitted within the work zone
Impacts: Lane closure on Rue Ellerdale at the intersection of Chemin Queen Mary, in the direction of Chemin de la Côte Saint-Luc, as well as a water service interruption.
