The Town of Hampstead wishes to inform residents that the intersection of Avenue Fleet and Chemin Queen-Mary will remain closed to traffic throughout the weekend. Motorists are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly and follow all posted signage and detour instructions.
Our Remembrance Exhibition is officially underway at the Irving L. Adessky Community Centre (30, Rue Lyncroft). We invite you to visit between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. over the next three days to explore a meaningful tribute honouring those who served.
The exhibition features a Remembrance Walkway, historical artifacts and letters, a special tribute to Lieutenant Mitchell Sterlin, and a hands-on activity for children. This is a moment to reflect, learn, and remember together as a community.
📅 Ceremony Reminder – Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
The Town’s Remembrance Day Ceremony will take place at Hampstead Park. As part of the tribute, three ceremonial blank shots will be fired.
We look forward to welcoming you.
