The Town of Hampstead wishes to inform residents that the intersection of Avenue Fleet and Chemin Queen-Mary will remain closed to traffic throughout the weekend. Motorists are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly and follow all posted signage and detour instructions.
The Town of Hampstead has officially sworn in the members of its elected Municipal Council for the 2025–2029 term. This ceremony marks the official beginning of their mandate to serve the public interest.
The Town extends its congratulations to the elected officials, who now assume the responsibility of representing Hampstead residents. Council members have pledged to perform their duties with honesty and justice, in accordance with the law and the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Municipal Elected Officials of the Town of Hampstead.
