Update: Sand Wasps

❌🚧The Town of Hampstead wishes to inform residents that the exterminator has completed their visit. We conducted an inspection this morning to ensure that playgrounds are now safe for your children. Access is granted to the following park: Applewood

The playground with sand, and the volleyball court at Hampstead Park as well as Dufferin, Ellerdale, and Langhore parks remain closed for residents’ safety. These areas have been barricaded as a precautionary measure. The exterminator has been contacted again to swiftly resolve this issue. Residents are kindly requested to cooperate by respecting this temporary restriction to avoid any potential incidents.
